We are seeking a positive, enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service team based at our Collins Street office in Hobart.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will love a challenge in a varied-work environment and enjoy delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will engage with customers, internal Sales & Marketing, Supply Operations, Finance, and our Factories.

Working full-time Monday to Friday, with flexibility during busy periods to include public holidays, and some weekend work.

A day in the life

As an experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing a top tier customer experience to internal and external customers. A day in the life includes:

• Processing orders and liaising with customers and factory staff ensuring delivery timeframes and all requirements are met.
• Working as part of a high performing team.
• Responding to public enquiries and performing administrative processes.
• Providing support and back up to all areas of customer services as required including retail, wholesale, foodservice, and export.
• Working closely with Supply Operations team to secure customer preferred export freight bookings.
